Based in North Vancouver BC, we work with Canadian and US clients throughout the West offering a full suite of qualitative and quantitative research.

With two decades of experience at one of the world’s largest market research companies, we saw an opportunity to create an independent firm that prioritizes research insights. Through a variety of qualitative and quantitative techniques, Lux focuses on finding the critical insights that provide our clients with actionable, implications-oriented research.

We also saw a need for an independent firm that prioritizes flexibility. We don’t have the bureaucracy of a large research corporation to slow us down. We have the flexibility to develop creative research solutions. We also have the flexibility to choose from an extensive network of fieldwork, panel and recruiting partners.
