The Challenge

A leading brand in the family tree / DNA space commissioned Lux to help inform future product bundles. There was a need to understand consumer preferences to inform direction in product development and bundling.

The Solution

A survey was developed and fielded with the target audience. A MaxDiff trade off analysis was incorporated using a list of approximately 20 features.

The Outcome

The research generated highest priority features for their product roadmap, product bundles, and marketing.
