The Challenge

A leading online retailer brand with over $200B in revenue, was interested in understanding how its target consumers understand, perceive, and experience health and wellness in their daily lives throughout the first six months of the year. This informed the brand on the capabilities and potential use cases of its current and future products.

The Solution

Lux assumed responsibility for panel management and engagement, including designing activities, recruit retention, and incentive management for a 6-month online discussion board.

The Outcome

Using a variety of interactive activities and social science concepts, Lux was able to provide the brand with unique insights on how consumers interpreted their health and wellness and its impact on how they perceived themselves and the world around them. Including a focus on women’s health and wellness. These findings informed the development of a new health and wellness technology product.
