The Challenge

Our client, a producer of a new device for taking medicine at home, presented Lux with the challenge of exploring the current market, guaging reactions to their new product concept, uncovering motivators and barriers to use, and gathering sensory reactions to the design.

The Solution

Lux conducted in-person interviews with residents of the Greater Vancouver Area. They represented a mix of those who are healthy and living with specific health conditions.

The Outcome

This research uncovered current pain points related to the category and identified a clear direction of how this new product could benefit the audience. The client was left with strong consumer sentiments and an understanding of the category, where the new product stood in the market, and gained recommendations for improvement.
