This client has a private cord blood program and was tracking a three-year trend of declined sales. With growing concern, Lux was challenged to shed light on the possible reasons why this unique trend existed.

20-minute telephone in-depth interviews were conducted with 30 participants. This included a mix of potential customers and heath care providers in regions of interest in Canada.

The Outcome

Insights gleaned from this research helped the client understand the perceptions and barriers toward using the private cord blood program, and to develop an “action plan” to reverse the negative sales trend.
